Caroline Goyder is the founder and creator of The Gravitas Method and author of the revolutionary book, Gravitas, in which she reveals how to speak so others will listen.
She has earned an international reputation for her work as an expert motivational speaker and trainer amongst senior management within organisations, both large and small, as well as coaching private individuals.

Caroline worked for over a decade at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London as a voice coach. She then spent the following ten years developing a system to help her non-acting clients to perform with the same poise, presence and power in everyday life.
She is the author of Gravitas: Communicate with Confidence, Influence and Authority (Ebury), Star Qualities (Macmillan) and Find your Voice (Vermilion).
Her 2014 TEDx on the Surprising Secret to Speaking with Confidence has been viewed over 7.5 million times. Caroline prepared and led such a great session for our HR summit based on ‘Resilience’ – an apt topic for 2020. She was communicative and cooperative in the lead-up to the summit – making sure the workshop and content were tailored to our specific needs, and to the new reality of remote-working.
The session was interactive and engaging from start to finish – no small wonder for a virtual 2h session – and received 4.5 stars in our feedback survey. It equipped us with some really practical techniques that we can implement in our day-to-day work to help us support both internal and external customers.
