His ability to inspire audiences stems from his own genuinely approachable manner and offerings of real and tangible insight into harnessing personal potential. And Robin is renowned for his ability to simultaneously inspire, inform and motivate audiences to excel beyond their current performance limits, turning potential into profit — whether it's addressing a 6000-strong global conference for IBM in Las Vegas or a small SME office in a back street of London.
Glasgow-born Robin Sieger was a 29 year old stand up comedian and TV writer when he was diagnosed with Cancer, he recalls that at that time he was poised for career success and was astounded by the cards that fate dealt for him. While in hospital, Robin became fascinated by one question – 'Why are successful people successful? In what is best described as a 'wake up call' he began to realise that success is not a matter of luck, it is a matter of design. This concept became his holy grail.
Robin began to study the characteristics of both personal and corporate success, his research led him to professors of strategic management, to entrepreneurs, and even to members of the British Army's elite regiment, the SAS.
Success is a personal experience that is best defined as the realisation of your goals, both personal and professional. Wealth, happiness and the rest are simply by-products created by the achievement of these goals.
Winners don't get more opportunities, they create them. They don't let setbacks reinforce a poor self-image, they see them as opportunities in disguise, as chances to bolster their resolve to succeed in realising their dreams.
Robin Sieger delivers over 80 public and corporate presentations per year on the psychology of success and peak performance in business, from shop floor to board level. He also coaches board level executives and professional golfers in the UK and USA. From 6 to 6000, his emphasis is on emotionally engaging the audience with real-world information they can action.
He is the author of six books including the international bestseller Natural Born Winners (Random House), sold in over 80 countries, in 18 languages, and also turned into a No 1 rated television series. Recently he has written three books on golf psychology. The first, Silent Mind Golf, remains on the best-seller list after three years.
Robin holds the world record for the coldest round of golf ever played, 18 holes at -26°C, at North Star GC, Fairbanks Alaska, Dec 22nd 2001. He has made over 150 skydives having taken it up aged 49. Funny, direct, and challenging, this 6ft 4in, rock-steady Scot knows all about adversity, survival and winning. He believes in living life to the full, and sets himself a physical challenge every year to raise money for his chosen charities.
The heart of any organisation is its people. They pick up the phone and talk to your customers, they can set you aside from the competition, they are your reputation, part of a corporate identity. No company exists without its people. Ultimately they make or break you.
So it makes sense to nurture your greatest resource, to know them, to understand them, to inspire them and to feed their ambition, to help them find out what they really want to work towards and to support and facilitate this every step of the way and in doing so creating an enviable success culture.
Robin gives public and corporate presentations on the psychology of success and peak performance in business — from the shop floor to boardroom ‘C-suite’ level. Whether it’s an audience of 6 or 6000, his emphasis is on emotionally engaging the audience with ‘real world’ information they can action.

Natural Born Winners
A workshop derived from Robin Sieger’s best selling book of the same name. It essentially teaches that everybody is born a winner — think of how many children truly believe they can be whatever they want, be it an astronaut, a cowboy, a movie star — and how they lose their self-image as they grow older.
Natural Born Winners helps people identify their strengths and become self-motivated, self-aware and somewhat self-appraised. Natural Born Winners enables people to rediscover possibility, and subsequently progress in both their personal and working lives.

Your 90 minute presentation 'Inspirational Thinking for Success' far exceeded our expectation and left a lasting impression and a tangible result. Your contribution created buzz and excitement in the discussions between participants afterwards.
We have had amazing feedback from everyone including the CEO who said Robin Sieger was the best speaker he has ever seen. As well as being very funny his points were clear and most importantly absolutely relevant. Not only did I find his presentation really useful, he was a delight to work with, and made my job easier on the day.
Just wanted to send a special thanks to you on the great work you did for me and Microsoft as our keynote speaker for 3 of our ISU's this year. Your results were amazing, on average a 4.8 out of 5.0 which is the highest scores I've seen for any keynote in the last 3 years that I've managed these events. Not to mention that the 3 ISU's were significantly different size audiences, from 1400 in Barcelona to 350 in India to 200 in LATAM. You were able to connect to all three regions regardless of culture and size. It was fantastic and will be hard to beat next year. Also, I appreciate the ease in working with you and your company. You were flexible, available and easy to do business with and that says a lot considering both our busy schedules. Thanks and we hope to do business with you in the future.
To say that I was impressed with Robin Sieger would be a huge understatement, without exception the best I have seen. Your talk at our global conference in Las Vegas was the highlight of the week for me there were excellent messages delivered in a very meaningful manner. How you keep 6500 people from 44 different countries engaged and laughing is something I will never forget.
Thank you for a wonderful presentation in Spain last week the client and delegates were very impressed by your presentation and it was an inspiration listening to you.
Thank you for the fantastic talk you gave at the HSBC conference, the audience were captivated and for 1500 delegates at the end of a long day, was an achievement in itself.
The sheer challenge of engaging 350 sceptical and cynical senior executives from multiple cultural backgrounds and varied business functions is a daunting assignment. Without pretence, Robin Sieger knows how to keep an audience on the edge of their seats without clichés, by using humor and an unmatched story-telling-tempo that takes you on a roller coaster of inner-reflection, inner-conviction, and inner resolution and leaves you feeling courageous – and even a bit euphoric – about winning. You might believe almost anyone could walk in front of a room and capture the hearts and minds of the audience. In reality we know this just doesn't happen. Yet I saw the audience break out with pens take notes, and later listened to conversations around the water cooler about the presentation you gave, and their take away.
Thank you for delivering such a dynamic and motivating presentation. I can honestly tell you that I have heard specific points you made in your speech recited many times since then.
