Sue Stockdale is an accomplished polar adventurer (First British woman to ski to the Magnetic North Pole) and has represented Scotland in athletics. She was runner-up in Channel 4's Superhuman, and undertook some of the toughest tests ever seen on TV.
As a business woman, Sue knows what it takes to run a successful business. She took her company, Mission Possible, from start up to exit and has interviewed some of the UK's leading entrepreneurs in her book Secrets of Successful Women Entrepreneurs.
She has exceptional ability to build rapport with an audience, and encourages people to reflect on beliefs that may be holding them back from achieving exceptional performance. As a result, individuals feel motivated to take action.
Sue's encouragement continues long after the event is over. She provides a unique commitment card for each person e to record their action, and personally gives her commitment to follow up with each one a month later. The results speak for themselves - one person commented "you helped me instigate a big change in my life - thank you".
As a facilitator, Sue also orchestrates meetings in such a way that she makes the role appear effortless whilst delivering the required objectives. She has extensive experience of facilitating events of all sizes and varying managerial levels.
