Welcome
to our Winter newsletter
Can you believe it's nearly Christmas... again? Less than 6 weeks to
the big day. Well we don't have any snow yet, but the cold and stark
mornings that have now
set
in are
a
reminder
that the
great
British summer
is now over.
In addition to the excitement of this festive period and all that it
has to offer - no doubt you're also in great anticipation of the annual
office
party or works outing. Fear not — at NMP Live, as always, we have
an array of after-dinner speakers, comedians, headlining musicians and
other high profile entertainers to entertain you before the dancing sets
in and the alcohol starts to take effect.
We can even present meet & greet entertainers such as the UK's finest
pickpocket, and first-class signature
readers, caricaturists and sleight-of-hand magicians!
So why not take a look at
our comprehensive website or give one of the team a call and we'll set
you on your way towards the most memorable Christmas yet!
Until next time,

Neil Martin

| COMEDIAN |
POP
STAR |
|
Despite her wealth of television work including her own shows -
Jo Brand's Hot Potatoes (BBC1) and Channel 4's Through The Cakehole,
Jo prefers performing live and feels that "nothing tops the
thrill of the theatre".
Sussed, polemic, deceptively droll, with a razor-sharp perspective
on all that is sexist and sizeist, her popularity is well deserved.
On her latest tour, Jo tackled things that irritate her most, questioning
the logic behind such diverse topics as teenage boys, keeping fit
and sex.

The
daughter of a Blue Peter presenter and a television director, Sophie
has always been destined for fame. As the front of Brit-Pop darlings
The Audience, she gained critical acclaim and credibility within
the music industry. Following the split of The Audience, Sophie
launched a hugely successful solo career with the chart-topping
dance track If This Ain't Love. The song turned Sophie into one
of the decade's iconic figures. With a solo career that continues
to go from strength to strength, Sophie's trademark aloof-sassy-disco
demeanour has won her millions of fans across the world.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER |
MOTIVATIONAL
SPEAKER |
Simon
Woodroffe is a highly recommended and sought-after speaker. He lets
you into his world and mind, sharing what he's learned along the way
and how he stayed 'on the tightrope' to open YO! Sushi, YO! to Go
and now a host of YO! spin-offs with which he hopes to eclipse Virgin
and Easy. An inspiring yet down-to-earth and common sense speaker
Simon speaks from the heart from someone who has been there, done
it, failed and succeeded now - in building a brand that has emerged
fast and is tipped with a big future. |
Co-organiser
of Band Aid, Live Aid and the Live 8 concerts Midge Ure has also
received Ivor Novello, Grammy and BASCAP awards along with a flotilla
of gold and platinum records for his musical talents. In
2005 he was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE)
for services to music and charity. He talks emotionally about his
career, Live Aid and the Live 8 concerts and what they have meant
to him. He always leaves audiences truly inspired and motivated.
